I was hesitating between a more expensive machine and a cheaper one, this one didn't have many reviews, but it won with me with the price, so I was worried what it would be, luckily unnecessarily. It's quality, it works as it should. The whole process from cleaning to cooling takes me 30 minutes, but it can be staggered. I use it once a week. After the first use, the skin started to change and after two days of recovery, the skin became clearer, years of acne problems were finally broken, open acne healed and redness finally reduced. I really haven't had skin this nice in years, I don't have to wear makeup anymore. I think it speeds up skin healing. New pimples reappear after a while, but they are less, and I solve it with an ultrasonic spatula one day (bought then for about 900 CZK - it also helped significantly with acne, but it didn't heal, it just took oil from the skin and opened the "plugs"/commogenes) and then a few days later with light therapy from this galvanic gel and it is MUCH better. I suffer from facial swelling in general and this seems to be the way to go. The skin is just somehow prettier. I'm thrilled and recommend it with all 10. As far as wrinkles go, I don't see much change, but I've only used 3* so far so I can't say and I don't have much.

It is necessary to use appropriate supplements like proper gels for this. The cheap neutrogena gel from dm cleans my skin perfectly, but I had a problem with the more expensive acne gel from the pharmacy. The gel turned into sort of mini pins and needles - I don't think it's supposed to get hot and it was uncomfortable - it irritated my skin slightly and I don't use it anymore.
Other than that, it's great.
