A good start. upgrading from iPhone 15. but then things start happening. I find that when I try to configure VPN I find horror. VPN configuration is completely missing from the menu! Ok, I' m contacting Motorola' s Official Czech Support on their website, the gentleman probably speaks Bulgarian. I' ll try English, but it' s terrible. Classic, hard reset, recovery through lenovo companion app, screenshots, logs, etc. Slibotechna, they don' t even know what' s going on, they say they' re hearing about this for the first time. Motorola' s American support was a little better, but despite everything, no result. No update in sight, maybe there will be one, but I' d rather return this useless brick. From what I found out with a quick google, this is a problem from 2023 and it is still not solved. Will Alza also be willing to deal with this phone exchange? Maybe it' s a distribution problem or just one piece.

Any VPN app (specifically bitdefender VPN) does not work. It' s supposed to ask for permission to create a VPN, but it doesn' t.
Motorola support speaks (probably) Bulgarian, but luckily also broken English.
Disaster, VPN is a key security feature. I'm coming back. I' m curious how alza returns bitcoins.

totally unique and stunning design with wooden back
it is pleasant to work with, it is comfortable to hold in the hand and does not slip, the back is matte and very pleasant to the touch
beautiful display with fine resolution and high brightness
high performance, absolutely smooth operation, lightning fast responses, I didn' t experience any tearing or freezing
unrivaled storage size - you can have your entire data history stored on your phone offline
decent battery and charging speed (125 W charger is already a proper substation)
the base list price is seriously inadequately high
wooden back - after all, it is a natural material, palpable imperfections can be found in an otherwise precisely ground surface, the wooden back is apparently made of thin veneer (probably similar to disposable wooden cutlery from fast food), the knock sounds very hollow
