There are no keys for adjusting screen brightness. Yet there are other function keys here that I think anyone could do without (dictation, sleep mode, the backlight setting could work with just one key instead of two). Similarly, I'd rather have a play/pause button for media control than a microphone mute button. The Logitech app for iOS exists, but only the MacOS version supports this keyboard. The keyboard works without the app, of course, but you can't configure anything on it. The typing feel is on the same level as the Magic Keyboard, whether it's the standalone one, the one for the iPad, or the one on a MacBook. The key travel is longer, but the build quality is really high. The battery life is great, but it requires a large battery, which gives the keyboard a permanent tilt (it can't be laid flat on the table like some other portable Logitech keyboards). After turning it off and on with the physical button, the keyboard doesn't remember the set backlight level (which you might appreciate if you turn the keyboard on in a dark room).
