A huge disappointment. The watch doesn't have GPS, even though it's listed among watches with GPS. Everything is only in English, and there isn't even a Czech manual, which should be required by law. The app looks awful and without the child having their own phone to pair it with, the watch is practically useless.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Our supplier has contacted us based on it and would like to respond below.
"Hello, if your watch doesn't automatically show the Czech interface, simply tap on the watch icon at the bottom of the app, then 'LANGUAGE SELECTION', and choose Czech. The Czech manual is available as a PDF download after scanning the QR code on the box. Alternatively, you can find it on the smartwatch product page."
I would also like to apologise for the error in the GPS parameter, which we have now corrected on the product. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need anything. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza expert

Initially, I couldn't find the Czech manual, but then I found it was available via the QR code on the box. Otherwise, everything is great; they look brilliant in person, and the app interface is nice too.

A gift for my daughter and she is happy. She really likes the design and the functions. For me, they were easy to set up and look good quality, so I trust they'll last her a long time.
