However, the straw itself is not made of a material that can withstand rapid changes in temperature. At the same time, it is not advisable to put the straw in a drink with a temperature higher than 90°C. We recommend letting the hot drink sit for a few minutes before putting the straw in it. From the next delivery, the straw will be made of acrylic for better durability. This is the same material as the top flange of the thermo cup, including the spout.
