I had to return it. Twice in a row, the bottom part arrived with rust and what looked like oxidation/water damage. Check it immediately upon delivery. I don't even know if I can use it now after I've scrubbed it. They just told me to dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way. It's probably down to the storage conditions, not necessarily the quality of the product itself. It can only be partially removed with white vinegar and a soft bronze brush. Either way, you'll be left with scratches, so you'll just be smoothing the pan out to avoid damaging your hob if you still want to use it. Apart from that, the returns process was smooth and hassle-free.
The plastic and wood handle is comfortable to hold.
nice finish on the outer surface

Returned. The bottom part arrived rusty and seemingly oxidised/water-damaged twice in a row. Check it immediately upon delivery. The oxidation is eating grooves into the material.
