The computer build service is useful for anyone who doesn't want to build their own computer from selected components for whatever reason (like me). I consider the price for the service to be reasonable, for me the pre-installed operating system was also an advantage, after entering the activation code I could use the computer immediately.
Speed and build quality of the computer
Reasonable price
Pre-installed operating system

The parts inspection was not done properly (the fan was paid for and sent twice). Alza makes a dead bug and does not respond to the complaint (request for a refund with the fact that the uninstalled fan will be returned).
Another problem is that they used USB peg connectors instead of the keyboard and mouse connectors that were used about 20 years ago. Apparently they were cleaning out their warehouse at the expense of their customers! Of course, as in the previous case, they don't respond to complaints at all!
A final note, I have been urging the settlement of both complaints for two months!

Awesome service, the technicians kept me informed of all the adjustments they were making. Within 5 days we had the computer with us. The thing I would improve is the communication between the technician and the customer. In case of any change that the technician has to make, he informs the customer by phone first and then sends an email with confirmation of the change. I think it would pick up the build speed quite a bit. I can only recommend the service

The assembly itself looks solid, at least on the surface, everything is well attached and the cables are nicely tidy.
Please note that if you are not satisfied with a component, it cannot be returned. It's not directly Alza's fault, it's just the rules, but it's annoying. For example, I found out at home that my chosen GPU was a bit louder than I wanted, but I couldn't change it. It may be better to buy the components separately, and then have the PC assembled separately somewhere else.
Price - for example TS Bohemia charges 400 hundred for the same service of building a PC.

On Sunday I ordered and on Wednesday I received the ready PC. Lots of time saved, putting components together and cable management, pre-installing Windows; burn-in and stress test components. Cable management is neat. Just a classy overall performance.

I'm not satisfied. I had the PC assembled to be sure of quality work (I didn't believe in it myself). It doesn't look good to me. Wrongly connected fans, weirdly designed airflow, my cpu is overheating. The power supply was blowing fuses. I don't really know what to do. I'm disappointed. PC for almost 50k. If I could, I'd return the whole thing.
Someone will assemble the PC
Pc is overheating
Cpu fan connected crooked
In my opinion, nobody tested the PC at all

Everything as expected, functional and no problem. The only slightly tricky part was removing the filler that comes out of the crate a little forcefully, so one has a little concern, but I understand its use to protect components during transport, so it's not even a drawback, just mentioning. I would purchase the service again.
Quick
seamlessly
cabling organization designed as it should be (I chose a spacious case, but it deserves a mention)

For the price, it's a great service, I'm sure I would have spent a lot of time on it and had to buy other things like heat conductive paste and other things, and also as an experienced tinkerer I certainly wouldn't have done the wiring so beautifully: )
