Small
Foldable
Handles MacBook charging perfectly
All ports work great
Wifi does not interfere
Very warm, even hot to the touch
4k HDMI output uses the chip in the dock, not Apple's Iris chip, so it occasionally jerks when playing 4k content

Works as designed.
It gets pretty hot. And it seems that it consumes enough flashlight (ipad) if there is no external charger connected.
