I'm honestly incredibly shocked at what HP will release in the 21st century. The printer from the '90s ran better. I expect speed, maintenance-free and quality these days. This printer has nothing at all. It's a pile of junk, and it makes absolutely insane noises accordingly.
It actually looks quite nice. Otherwise, nothing.
Incredibly long lead times for printing. It clicks for a minute and still nothing comes out. After the first documentary, it's pretty normal.
Frequent jams. Mostly software. Printing errors for reasons completely unknown.
It is necessary to repeat the press often
Jams in the middle of scanning when papers are just laid on the glass surface. The scan head remains stuck in the middle and reports a scan error. Re-scanning of the entire document is required.
Sometimes nothing can help with a jam except adding/removing a printer and restarting everything, including the computer
Unusable HP software. I don't understand what it's for. He's slowing down everything he can.

I' ve been using the printer for about three-quarters of a year. I wouldn' t buy such junk anymore, and neither would HP. The previous one was OK but this is des. And it came to me when I wanted to use a compatible cartridge. The printer accepts nothing but overpriced HP.

even if you paid for the product, you are forced to use HP-smart cloud services to use the scanner. There is no way of using the scanner via cable unless you have an HP-Smart account. What the f * ck!
The cartridges that come with the printer are basically empty, after a few pages printed, you have to get new ones or step into the trap of HP Instant Ink.
If you use HP Instant Ink you will never be able to put a non-original cartridge in the printer - you are kidnapped by HP!

Generally hp printers in my experience have a big problem with printing errors. This is the third printer I know that "throws" the same error, and I quote: "printing error, printing in progress. " and neither the image nor the document can be printed. Restarting the printer or PC, punching it, nothing helps. The only way is to reinstall the entire printer again. Then it works normally again for a while, so..: -J
