Desperately awful stuff. I'm used to him being 21. Century, it's still a problem to make a printer that simply prints what I want on the first try after clicking "Print" and doesn't continuously bother me with a lot of problems with new settings, updates, user accounts, drivers, calibration, alignment, incompatibility and completely useless features, but HP has really perfected it lately and this is sovereignly the worst and most frustrating product I've bought in the last 5 years. I regret the purchase and will not buy anything else from HP.
When it prints, it prints nicely
He's always bothering me with some kind of registration. It's a good thing HP doesn't make mugs - registering an account every time I want to pour tea would be similarly annoying and similarly useful.
If you want to scan something, it's ideal to take a holiday to do so, as the scanner rarely works properly. The HP app requires you to create an account. The W11 app always throws an error, but sometimes the scan still saves fine. In addition, once every 4-6 attempts, the printer itself throws an error and the display requires a restart, which cannot be done (even the physical button on the back does not work) and the only option is to disconnect and connect the power.
There are no drivers for W7 - so if you want to print from an older device, tough luck.
The display stays on all the time
Everything takes an incredible amount of time - sometimes 10 seconds before it starts printing, and then it just makes different sounds. The older 1050 printed almost immediately and worked much better overall.
It's a classic inkjet printer that's cheap to buy, but the price of toner increases every year until one day it's worth buying a whole new printer instead of a toner. I've thrown away 4 fully functional pieces like this over the years = a lot of completely useless electrical waste.

Compared to older versions, it's awfully slow. I'll print the page and before it starts printing, I'd have time to make coffee. Program from HP. A complete disaster. I couldn't get the scanner to work. Even though I have downloaded the latest HP Scan Assistant program that the printer wants me to use, it still says that the printer is not connected to the PC. Which is stupid, it's connected when I print normally. HP never again. Their programs are a disaster. Take anything other than HP.
Probably the look, it looks modern
