Guys! THIS is truly the best Android TV on the market! I also solved the video jerking in Kodi in 4K and BluRay movies are running from USB. Everywhere they complain about it, on Alza for example at Google TV Streamer 4K. Don't buy the cheaper ones. THE KEY TO SUCCESS: join the Homatics Beta group on Telegram (see. photo) and write in English Elle, which is the product support of the manufacturer Homatics (of course from China, everything is made there today). People type errors into Excel and they fix it. They will also fix what Google has been solving for 3 years and it doesn't work for them. I used to buy it here on Alza with Android 10 and now I have Android 14. They only fixed the problems about 8 months ago. It takes a little change of mindset. When something doesn't work, I have to communicate. I used to swear a lot at China because they cram in the latest hardware but the software doesn't work. But the last 1-2 years, I've seen them improve the software and the approach to customers. Because of Google's process, though, you have to type in your device's serial number and they'll add you to a beta group and then they'll download an update with their latest Android firmware, which they also have certified from Google. Don't ask me why that is and why Google can't fix it even on their latest Android 14 product. But that's just the way it is! From Alza I also bought the AlzaPC VisionBox Ultimate Studio Edition PC kit for programming and developing my own AI models. My colleague Ph. D. of Turkey already knew, China now leads in AI as well. So if I want to learn something, I have to read scientific articles from their universities. In addition, they will make the complete source code available as opensource and upload it to Github for people in the US and EU. Just because they don't have democracy doesn't mean that there aren't capable people there too. Please try to think and before you start swearing at something or someone, show some activity, try to communicate and get into another culture. Do not judge others by your local standards. You will have a better chance of success.

After buying it I waited 2 years for them to solve the jerking in Kodi, but they did and no one else has solved it yet (not even Google ATV 14)
You have to buy exactly this model Homatics Box R 4K PLUS.if you don't have the "PLUS", there is weaker hardware and even upgrading won't help => we are not so rich to save on cheap stuff

The only minus (not the fault of the Homatics TV box) is O2's tragic business policy of trying to force customers to buy their weak TV box (it doesn't have wifi 6) at any price. The problem is that the latest version of O2 TV 2.0 cannot be installed on some Android boxes. It is not available in Google Play for this box, nor can it be installed via apk file. Only the older version can be installed, but it is sufficient and works. The other way to watch O2 TV is via the Kodi add-on (also tested and works). I use both ways. I can recommend the box.
The TV box met expectations, snappy enough (I use it over wifi) for O2 TV.

I wanted to replace the Google Chromecast with Google TV 4K with a faster device, I was considering going back to the Nvidia Shield TV, however, it lacks AV1 support, has less RAM and after all it's almost 6 years old (although it still belongs to the top), so as the current best options are the new Google TV streamer or Homatics Box R 4K Plus. I chose Homatics, because Google for some unfathomable reason does not have WiFi 6 on the new device, and so the only choice left was Homatics. Homatics has surprised me very pleasantly, everything runs as it should, after a request from the manufacturer came and update to ATV 14, the speed and responsiveness of the system is the same as on Nvidia Shiled TV Pro (which has almost 3x higher performance but in the end it is only due to the graphics core) and has a wide support for audio/video formats. Kodi runs like soapy lightning and has full Netflix support, so it meets everything you can ask for today.
