On the other hand, I would like to praise Alza's approach - they resolved the situation very quickly and professionally. For me, their customer support rating is 10/10.
On May 16, I picked up this powerbank from Alzabox and on May 20, after the first full charge, the powerbank exploded right on my couch while charging my iPhone 16 Pro (after about +-15 minutes). I was using the original Apple cable.
I have to say, I wasn't too amused by the "firefighter game"...
Unfortunately, it looks like I've come across a defective piece from the factory.
