I was looking for a professional blender and finally found this Braun, which is very underrated for its performance and design. Originally I wanted to buy a mixer for tens of thousands, but after a deeper research I decided to go for this mixer, which meets the parameters of a pro mixer. After a couple of years, I decided to pick a proper blender with which I would be able to make smoothies, pesto, frappes and my own nut butters. I had a blender for about 2500, -, which overheated and I was not able to go further with it than a strawberry smoothie. While researching the product, I looked at the reasons why the results of pro blenders are smoother and more consistent and discovered after hours of YouTube riding 3 basic parameters that make Vitamix and other expensive blenders so unique. 1. Power - I wanted at least 1200W, so I don't have to wait for the burnt motor to cool down after three minutes of mixing 2. Speed - Expensive blenders have 2x higher speed and can handle the fineness of toppings and smoothies faster 3. The shape of the bowl - pro blenders have a free space around the blades, so the ingredients can fall down and there is no stretching of the blade for nothing This blender surprised me very pleasantly and I am happy that I saved a lot of money. I would recommend it to everyone and you can really tell even on a simple fruit cocktail that it is a quality machine.
