I would also have liked a sturdier travel case instead of the supplied cloth bag. I wish I had better protection when traveling. Although the trimmer trims well, for the shortest lengths it is sometimes necessary to go over the same spot several times to get a really smooth result. It's not really a mistake, more of a detail for those who prefer a very smooth shave. Overall, my first impressions of the Braun Series 7 BG7550 are mostly positive.
