It worked for me for 15 months without a problem, then the power piece stopped working. They replaced it. The replaced one worked for a month and stopped being detected by the PC. The service rejected the claim, saying that the surge was the customer's fault. But that's not possible. All the time it was connected to a PC with an APC Smart-UPS 1500VA backup power supply. The backup power supply is located in the chamber. I had to purchase a replacement product from PremiumCord and it works without any problems.
When it works, everything is OK.
Woe betide them once they go wrong. Your claim will be rejected by the Alza supplier.
