The height of the lumbar support, despite other reviews, is quite adequate. It's a chair for big people and with my 194cm, its position is perfectly fine (if you have it too high, are too small for this chair or don't sit straight)
Solid and balanced construction
forces a person to sit upright
very comfortable
the lumbar support might not be so thick

nothing
I NEVER THOUGHT THAT A CHAIR UNDER 200KG WOULD HAVE SUCH A NARROW SEAT THAT I COULDN'T GET INTO AND I DIDN'T CHECK IT AND NOW I HAVE A FLOOR FOR EIGHT THOUSAND SANDS IN PLACE OF THE CHAIR

it's obvious that anda can make not only car seats but also chairs are sturdy, except for a couple of vacuums on the arms it's a great chair, the 9.5 thou. not everyone will want to give it to you, which I understand, but it was a great choice for me
sturdy chairs
it sits well
positionability is great it is nicely balanced
the neck pillow is for whom
with the raised seat sides, I managed to somehow "seat" the bar that is wrapped in it in the front. so even if it's firm, I can feel it torn, probably from the weld, so sitting diagonally or spreading your legs a lot is probably not preferred. I didn't figure it out until the bars were clicking together. it doesn't seem to bother anyone.
