The product appears to be robust. I had to return it. Adjustable lumbar (had a little bit of play, unfortunately), the head cushion has gel inside for cooling, the seat is only slightly rounded at the edges-people with very wide backs might find this bothersome, but 99% of gaming chairs have this. I had to return it because the depth of the seat cushion is too deep for a 177cm figure and so to reach the floor with the feet, the inner part of the knees is resting on the edge of the seat cushion, which negatively affects the blood circulation to the legs and overall comfort. Taller characters shouldn't have this problem.

The price of the chair is very high considering the design. If it hadn't been on sale when I bought it, I would have returned it. The lumbar support can be adjusted in a very limited way, when compared to another chair with a mesh backrest the lumbar support adjustment cannot even be compared. The armrests are too far apart. And it's not easy to bring them close to the body. The bottom plate with the oval holes (which are short and limit the movement of the armrest by only about 1 cm) hits the plate of the leg/piston holder (which is at the same height). In order to bring the armrests closer to the body, 8 holes (4 for each armrest holder) must be drilled into the armrest brackets from the bottom of the seat and in addition, the armrest bracket mounted on the piston under the seat must be padded with washers so that the armrest plates can be slid under the seat. The second option is to shorten the support plates after drilling new holes. And the third option is to accept it. I feel like design takes precedence over comfortable seating. Otherwise, the chair is very sturdy even for stronger characters and for more vigorous movements for gamers when playing games. I'll be using it in the electrical shop. At my body height and after the adjustment described above, it suits me.

Sure, it has to support a lot of weight, but it's totally unsuitable for lighter Europeans, my wife also found it too hard. Reviews, especially video reviews, do not reflect reality. The chair is praised to the skies, but the reality is different, it may be more suitable for a person who weighs 100 kg or more. In my opinion it is not very ergonomic, when I sat in it, it didn't even feel natural to me. For a manufacturer that specialized in making seats for race cars I expected more from the chair, it's definitely not worth the money. But my opinion is subjective and a lot of reviews don't include information about the height and weight of the user and that's wrong because then they are biased. I returned the chair, I didn't even last 2 hours in it, I didn't feel comfortable sitting in the chair, let alone falling asleep in it as the reviews claim (maybe after horse tranquilizers): -D If you're buying and you're smaller in stature, definitely try the chair out somewhere first, or unpack it carefully and keep the packaging materials for the first 14 days to give you the option of returning or exchanging it for another model.
