Twice in 3 months, what happened to me with them was that they disconnected from the cell phone they were connected to and would not connect back at any cost. Nothing helped, neither restarting the phone, nor disconnecting the watch from the app and reconnecting it. Add to that the fact that the watch refused to restart in this situation, it just wouldn't, and with this error, it would run out of power in a couple of hours. So you hope that when you buy this watch, that it doesn't stop working completely once a month, when it doesn't connect back to your phone at any cost, it runs out of power in a few hours, it doesn't restart, and there's no way to fix it. One can only wait until they are completely discharged and then they work again. Even returning the watch to factory settings won't fix anything. So I'm going to have to do the whole watch setup a third time thanks to this. And don't expect that if this is happening to you that they will claim it and give you a new and working piece. It's a bug that can't be seen and only happens sometimes, so Alza will dump on you. So for me, there is a risk that this will continue to happen, which for a brand new watch is really intolerable, but hopefully not so, since Alza doesn't advertise it. At most, the next time it happens to me, I'll have to photograph and film everything for them, and then maybe they'll trust me. So buying this watch can be risky, but I don't know how often this error occurs.
