After about fifteen minutes at full 100W power, it heated up to an estimated 40°C and reduced its output. I discovered this using a TP-link Tapo smart plug; at full power, it initially drew 102W (the 2W are probably losses), and after noticeably heating up, the power draw dropped to 64W. Tested at a normal room temperature of about 22°C. Only one port was used the entire time.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. The 100W output is the maximum output of the main USB-C port. However, with a long-term 100W draw, the electronics gradually heat up. Therefore, once the charger reaches a certain temperature, it automatically reduces the output to maintain a safe operating temperature and prevent excessive thermal stress on the components. This is the price to pay for the exceptionally small dimensions – current technology allows for very high power in a small body, but with a long-term constant load of 100W, it's necessary to thermally regulate the output. In practice, the output then fluctuates around 60–80W depending on the conditions and ambient temperature.
Therefore, 100W is not just a marketing figure. It is the maximum available output that the charger can achieve, and during long periods of high load, it protects itself and the connected device by regulating the power.
Thank you for your understanding. We believe that despite this characteristic, you will appreciate the combination of high power, GaN technology, and very compact dimensions. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza expert

Compact and lightweight
Doesn't stop charging, even when it overheats
The 3-year warranty will definitely come in handy
Holds 100W for only the first 15 minutes or so.
Then the power drops to 65W
The temperature reaches nearly 100°C when charging a laptop after a few hours at 65W.
Only for 200 to 240 VAC, will mainly only work in EU countries
