I already have two of the exact same holders (9 and 7 years old), back then still sold under the GoGen brand. In retrospect, I found out that they were noticeably more expensive at the time, which probably explains my experience, because someone obviously replaced the steel with some chinesium during production. The weight of the monitor for which I bought the holder is about 16 kg (19 kg including the original stand), so about half of the declared load capacity. I can't imagine what would happen if I actually hung the advertised 30 kg.
the supplied M4 screws have an extremely small head, so that the hole in the holder with the size for M6 can be pulled through with less force and the washers were not included - I had to use my screws
after hanging the monitor, the bracket has bent so that in the position against the wall, the screw in the joint behind the monitor scrapes against the lower arm, respectively. I have to lift the monitor to the rear position and then it is supported by a screw on the arm
the screws for locking the vertical tilt have washers made of very smooth/slippery plastic, so after tightening them the monitor tilted to the lowest position within a moment anyway,
when I tried to tighten the screws more (by hand, with a small wrench and not extreme force), I pulled off the thread on all of them (after replacing them with my own screws and throwing away the plastic washers, they hold fine)
as a result, the whole holder is twisted by the weight of the monitor so that even with the maximum upward tilt and spacers at the bottom between the monitor and the holder, the monitor is still tilted slightly downwards
I was dealing with an acute need for a mount and came across this one. To my delight they had it in stock in our store and considering the price there was nothing to think about. Installation was very easy and intuitive. I'm no nitpicker, but even so, screwed onto the wall using a spirit level and it fits just right. For me, I am satisfied, it brings me benefits and it absolutely suits my needs. I'm even thinking of getting another one for the other TV.
I've got a TV 32 but it keeps falling down but I put a string in it so it doesn't fall down anymore

Thank you for your feedback and sharing a creative way to solve the problem. However, if the string breaks in the future, a stronger tightening of the screws in the tilting part is sufficient. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you need anything. Have a nice day

Beware of this product, I had two pieces in my hand - crooked arm, has a deviation from the horizontal of about 3°
I guess it's a feature of the product, but considering the AlzaErgo label on the product, the arm was uphill once and downhill the second time
I had planned to use the mount in two positions: Arm fully unloaded LEFT and RIGHT
Left over the chest of drawers for the night (clean up)
and use right in front of the bed
Unfortunately the part of the (two-piece) arm that is by the VESA bracket is not horizontal, but has a deviation of about 3° from the horizontal
which means that when the bracket and the monitor are correctly aligned in the "middle" position, the left and right arm positions make the monitor crooked, but always mirror "out from the axis of the arm uphill"
So for the "LEFT and RIGHT at the same time" position you will never align it to horizontal (VESA mount does not have side angle correction as it is somewhere e.g. +- 3°)
