  • To initiate a return or file a claim, please complete our online form. After submitting the form, you will receive an RMA number along with an e-mail containing a link to the DHL shipping service, where you can easily generate a return label. Large items will be collected by our freight service at no cost. You can find more detailed information on returns and claims on our Returns & Claims page.
