Die Wahl des richtigen Computertisches ist ein Schlüsselfaktor für einen gesunden und produktiven Arbeitsplatz. Eine ergonomisch richtige Schreibtischhöhe kann Rücken-, Nacken- und Schulterschmerzen vorbeugen und so Ihr Wohlbefinden bei der Arbeit fördern. In diesem Artikel gehen wir auf die Grundregeln für die Wahl der richtigen Tischhöhe ein und stellen eine Formel vor, die Ihnen hilft, die ideale Höhe für sich zu finden.
Ergonomisches Sitzen
Wenn Sie am PC-Tisch sitzen, sollten Ihre Füße fest auf dem Boden stehen, Ihre Knie einen rechten Winkel bilden und Ihre Oberschenkel waagerecht zum Boden sein. Ihre Unterarme sollten beim Tippen oder Arbeiten am Computer waagerecht auf der Schreibtischoberfläche aufliegen, d. h. Ihre Ellbogen sollten einen Winkel von etwa 90 Grad bilden. Die Augen sollten sich in Höhe des oberen Drittels des Monitors befinden, um ein übermäßiges Beugen des Nackens zu vermeiden.
Tischhöhe zum Sitzen
Die Standardhöhe des Tisches für die Arbeit im Sitzen liegt zwischen 70 und 75 cm. Diese Höhe ist für die meisten Menschen mit einer Körpergröße zwischen 165 und 180 cm geeignet.
Wenn Sie größer oder kleiner sind, ist es ratsam, die Höhe Ihres Schreibtisches so anzupassen, dass Ihre Arbeitsposition optimal ist.

Tischhöhe zum Stehen
Computertische zum Stehen sollten zwischen 95 und 115 cm hoch sein. In diesem Fall gilt für die Position des Unterarms die gleiche Regel wie beim Sitzen - er sollte waagerecht zur Arbeitsfläche sein. Wenn Sie einen verstellbaren Schreibtisch benutzen, wechseln Sie regelmäßig zwischen Sitzen und Stehen ab, um eine Überlastung Ihrer Muskeln und Gelenke zu vermeiden.

Verstellbarer Tisch: Wenn möglich, sollten Sie sich einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch anschaffen, mit dem Sie die Höhe Ihrer Arbeitsfläche an Ihre aktuellen Bedürfnisse anpassen können, egal ob Sie sitzen oder stehen. Ein Computertisch mit Rollen erhöht dann noch die Flexibilität.
