- Delivery area: Nationwide shipping within Germany
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Further details are available in the table below.
- Available only for orders up to 31.5 kg with maximum dimensions of 120 × 60 × 60 cm.
- Delivery dates and estimated delivery times will be communicated via email after the order has been confirmed.
Your delivery
- On the shipping day, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

To track your shipment, use the Post & DHL-App or track it directly on DHL's website.
- An estimated delivery time will be provided on the day of delivery. If the proposed time is inconvenient for you, you may reschedule directly with the carrier.
- Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Claims
