Introductory provisions
Alza.cz a.s., Identification No. 27082440, detailed information in our imprint under this link (hereinafter "Alza"), organizes a marketing campaign called "Alza Days" (hereinafter "Campaign") from 00:01 on April 7, 2026, until 23:59 on April 27, 2026 (hereinafter "Period"), and hereby sets forth the rules and conditions of the Campaign, which are available on the Alza Days website.
As a retailer, Alza primarily supplies goods to private individuals as end customers and also organizes its campaigns for this purpose. Alza expressly reserves the right, in order to serve as many natural persons as target customers as possible, to cancel orders from non-consumer customers where the quantity of ordered goods exceeds the quantity of normal consumption for the needs of natural persons as end customers. In this case, Alza will inform the buyer by email about the cancellation of the order and, if applicable, refund the purchase price already paid. Alza also reserves the right, for non-consumer customers, to make the delivery of goods dependent on advance payment of the purchase price.
Alza draws your attention to the fact that this Campaign is also subject to the conditions for advertising messages published by Alza on the GTC-Advertising website.
Definitions
Within the framework of the Campaign, Alza offers a discount on selected products listed under Alza Days (hereinafter "Goods"), amounting to 5% with the discount code "ALZADAYS5DE", 10% with the discount code "ALZADAYS10DE", 15% with the discount code "ALZADAYS15DE", 20% with the discount code "ALZADAYS20DE", 25% with the discount code "ALZADAYS25DE", 30% with the discount code "ALZADAYS30DE", 35% with the discount code "ALZADAYS35DE", 40% with the discount code "ALZADAYS40DE", 50% with the discount code "ALZADAYS50DE", when applying the discount code specified on the Alza Days website. The number of items that the buyer can purchase may be limited for the selected goods. The limitation of the quantity of goods is automatic, and the buyer cannot add more goods to the shopping cart than the maximum possible quantity. The current selling price of the goods on which the discount is calculated may change during the promotion. Since the current selling price can be reduced or increased during the promotion, the final price after the discount (application of the code) may also change. The amount of the discount (as a percentage) remains the same throughout the duration of the promotion.
The discount is granted by applying the code when ordering the goods. The discount code can also be used multiple times.
The discount on the goods applies for the period during which the goods are included in the Campaign or until the goods are sold out during the Campaign. Alza points out that the offer of goods offered in the Campaign may be updated during the Campaign and that the stock of goods is the same for all countries in which Alza operates its e-shop.
Inventories of some products will be redistributed to customers in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Austria, Hungary, and other countries to which Alza delivers its products, depending on the earlier completion time of the order. This does not apply to regionally/linguistically specific versions of the products.
Final provisions
Alza declares that it is not responsible for errors in the transmission of electronic messages.
Alza reserves the right to change the terms of the Campaign and, if necessary, to terminate the Campaign.
The participant is not entitled to compensation for costs associated with participating in the Campaign. Alza expressly points out that neither the discount nor free shipping can be refunded in cash, even if the purchased goods, for the delivery of which the discount and/or free shipping was used, are returned. A campaign participant who returns the goods is not entitled to a refund other than the actual price of the goods.
Alza reserves the right to exclude customers from the Campaign who:
do not meet the conditions of the Campaign;
use a payment card for payment that they are not authorized to use;
violate the law and/or good morals in connection with the Campaign and/or exhibit fraudulent behavior;
provide false or incomplete information in the Campaign.
If a participant is excluded from the Campaign, they are not entitled to compensation for any costs or damages incurred.
These Campaign rules come into effect on the day of their publication.
