A nice display – fast and easy to read, even in sunlight. Good battery, decent battery life. The photos are decent too. I like the fact that it's water-resistant. It’s a shame that the phone no longer supports memory cards.

After all these years, this device has made me return to the Xiaomi brand, and so far my experience has been nothing but positive. Everything’s working as it should; the phone looks great, the camera’s the best I’ve ever seen on a phone, and I haven’t had any issues with the connection either. The only real let-down is perhaps the lack of wireless charging, but as someone who prefers the old ways, I don’t miss that all that much; what really stings is the missing headphone jack, though you’d be hard-pressed to find one on any phone these days.
Excellent workmanship
Great camera
Excellent battery
Super display
Smooth performance
Missing wireless charging
The lack of a 3.5mm headphone jack

The phone is really lovely; it has a beautiful colour and fits perfectly in the hand. The battery will definitely last for two days. The display is clearly visible when out in the sun. The highlight of this phone is its camera, which takes amazing photos. Quite simply, there’s nothing to fault with this phone.
Nothing yet.

The phone looks great and fits perfectly in your hand. Upon unpacking, I was pleased to see that the grey packaging had replaced the transparent packaging of its predecessors. I’d welcome wireless charging, but even so, the phone is exceptionally well-equipped.

I’ve switched from a Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 to a Xiaomi 17T. It’s a huge leap forward – in terms of response speed, battery life, photo quality and the new features of the latest Android. I think it’ll last me a few more years.
