Amazingly and incomprehensibly ill-conceived wiring. Either you have connections outside (so a crappy outlet, adapter and power cord with no way to hide the cables) or you probably want to make a penetration into the house/garage. But the cable, which is fixed to the camera, is only about 40cm long (fortunately it was tight, but someone can easily have a problem) and the connector to the Ethernet with a "pompom" over 2cm in diameter, so you have to drill a pretty big hole. For this reason, I would not recommend this type of camera or any other similar camera to anyone and choose something exclusively with PoE (and find out the mounting principle well in advance). I don't have experience with other cameras, but I find the image to be borderline acceptable for my purposes and rather disappointing. It can distinguish license plates and faces at distances up to 5m, 8-10 not.

I am very happy with the camera, I bought it because of the nightly visits of the marten in our attic where the marten destroys the insulation wool. I haven't figured out yet which way the marten climbs into the attic, but I have tried to make it uncomfortable by reacting with the camera, when after registering movement the camera starts flashing and triggering a siren. The marten immediately runs away. You can change the siren melody or record your own.
