Smaller, rather nice looking headphones. The earcups do not cover the whole ear, less dampen ambient sounds. Pull-out transitions between the head bridge and earcups metal - less risk of breakage. You can listen to the sound from the headphones even if you don't have them on your head - just put the headphones down nearby, turn the earbuds to one side and turn the sound to maximum, so they work as a simple radio or player.
Integrated MP3 player and radio - they do not restrict the movement of the bluetooth range (I use e.g. when working in the garden).
Multi-function button for controlling the headphones, e.g. the sound cannot be gradually muted by stepping, but only by pressing for a longer time, which often results in the sound being switched off completely.
You must select the appropriate mode each time you switch on: bluetooth - MP3 player - radio; they don't remember the last choice before shutting down.
Shorter battery life.
