I bought the headphones because for my taste the AirPods MAX which I have had for over a year now have little bass, the XM5 were recommended to me as having very deep and powerful bass but after putting on the sony XM5 I was disappointed and will be returning them. They don't bass either. The sound is rather balanced

I bought the Sony WH-1000XM5s headphones expecting premium quality. Unfortunately, my experience is very negative. After less than a year of normal use, the head bridge cracked at the ejection point. The headphones have never fallen off or been subjected to impact. The damage occurred during normal deployment. This is a very structurally stressed site. The complaint was rejected by the authorised service centre on the grounds of "mechanical damage", without any specific technical explanation. The service refers to the manufacturer's internal rules and disclaims any liability. Alza, as the seller, took over the whole situation without further consideration, stating that the statement of the service department was decisive for them. Instead of a solution, they only offered a paid repair for CZK 2,555 + shipping, almost half the original price. I am particularly sorry about the approach - no effort for individual solutions, no attempt to compromise, only transfer of responsibility to the service and the manufacturer.

DO NOT BUY. The product has a mechanical defect since manufacture. The metal reinforcement is not deep enough at the hinge point, hence a piece of plastic will break there even with normal gentle use. It's simply too mechanically stressed. Slúchadlá po tretej ne úspešnej reklamácii pôjdu na bazos.. som zvedavý čo chlapci z reklamácie spravia keď sa ich ďalší majiteľ ozve s rovnakými vládami držím palce obhájiť si to potom.. prípad slúchadiel sa podarilo vyriešit sa napokon podarilo vyriešiť, treba len trpezlivosť.

Veľké mínus dávam kvôli servisu alzy.. 3 reklamácie.. chlapci si nechali zakaždým mesiac slúchadlá u seba čo je doba do kedy musia slúchadlá reklamovať a nie že slúchadlá testovali mesiac.. žiaľ to tak funguje pri zariadeniach s vyššou cenou, že ochota reklamovať nie je.. nothing 3 sa tiež začali kaziť, pravidelne ich updatujem ale na reklamáciu nepôjdu lebo nebudem mať na čom počúvať mesiac hudbu 🥲
