It took 3 weeks at an authorized service center under Alza only for them to return the headphones to Alzabox on the last day of the claim period, saying that the defect was not covered under the standard warranty. Find videos of this model with "hinge replacement"/"broken headband" That problem is extremely common and those headphones are built to be very hard to fix.
