That thick famous Sony sound of the 80's & 90's is definitely inside, you just need to dig a little bit for it.
Using simultaneously 2(actually 3) equalizers on the 250€ Motorola phone and actually believing that I'm getting 90-95% of the sound spectrum, voice presence, quality, whatever that i always wished for to have in a pair of headphones. Still probably need a few small tweaks here and there, but "majority is on the spot".
I would even dare to argue that they sound maybe even better through the 3.5mm cable, which was quite a pleasant surprise.
Comfortable, light, "air tight" feeling, i have a pretty big head but still use only 8 out of 10 clicks on the frame.
Bass instruments making the whole cup vibrate, making me feel like I'm listening to big home stereo speaker system, like 120l boxes in 30sqm room. Very nice impression.
Quality of plastic i would grade maybe 3/5. Strictly for a very gentle civilian / home usage. I wouldn't dare to travel anywhere, let alone leave them in the backpack.
Be very careful not to fall asleep while wearing them, because you can easily wake up with 200€ less in your wallet. No joke definitely.
Bluetooth repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting every 1h-1.5h even though the phone is right in front of my face, like literally 50-60cm. Not to mention walking around in the kitchen with phone in the pocket, every few seconds there is some sound cutting on one side or the other. I also have LinkbudsS for 5-6 months already(700h of listening time) - it happened maybe twice so far, same phone, same environments, same everything.
When taken off the head, the cups will be touching eachother essentially all of the time, so again you need to be super careful when leaving them aside, because the sides will scratch, and inevitably you just need to use both of your hands in practically every possible scenario.
Cushion material cheapness provoking subtle panic attacks every time i look at them.

Very specific headphones. If you' re looking for headphones for balanced listening to all genres, I wouldn' t go for them. The overall sound profile is tuned rather " deep", the powerful bass prevails here, which you can further emphasize via the " ULT" button, which is rather nonsense for me: D Even without this mode, the bass is quite pronounced and if you are not a fan of such an over-bassed sound profile, you will most likely tame the bass through the equalizer. But if you' re looking for a bit of sound, and you want to buy some headphones, they' re definitely worth a try, but if you know that you prefer a more balanced sound, I' d go for the XM4 model, also from Sony. I wanted to use them mainly for a PC and occasionally for a phone, but they are not for my use. When connected to a PC, it is impossible to get to non-ANC or transparency mode, which I really don' t understand. this causes that when calling, for example, via discord, you cannot hear each other at all, which personally bothers me a lot (but it must be said that the headphones already dampen the surrounding sound very well by themselves). In addition, of course, there is a high latency during the bluetooth connection, during my measurements on a desktop PC with a high-quality motherboard, I measured a latency of 100-400ms, which is completely unusable for playing games, but you cannot blame the headphones because they are not intended for this. They are also not ideal for gaming due to the aforementioned deep sound profile. So I would say that the headphones are definitely worth a try, but really only for listening to music, for which they are of course intended.
