I bought the cooler nicely in preparation for the summer and I'm quite happy. High performance and airflow range. Great choice of power. At lower revs it is not audible at all, but still feels drafty. The turning range is almost 90°. Filling the tank for the first time was a punishment: D I didn't want to split the whole lower section so I took the fan to the shower, but again, the window to refill the ice is nice. The only thing I have to complain about is that the top fan drive started vibrating and making noises after 30 minutes. I had to put between the actuator and the plastic, a piece of rubber to push it against the actuator and calm the miniature vibrations.
