It looks very nice and it's compact, so it fits in a smaller kitchen. The material is mostly plastic, the drip tray is stainless steel. The controls are simple (I appreciate the ability to choose how long the grinder will grind or how much water the machine will release in one espresso or in a double batch). Maintenance is simple, I recommend buying a brush and wiping underneath after each coffee. The steam nozzle surprised me the most. If you know how to use it, it whips the milk perfectly. The portafilter surprised me negatively again - it is easy to clean, but there is a plastic funnel at the bottom that I could not remove. You have to fiddle with it (it's not a machine), but you get really tasty coffee for it. For the price I definitely RECOMMEND.
