Wanted a speaker to take on holiday with me. Decided on this. Had a quick demo in the store then decided to order one and take it home to listen in more realistic environments. I was pretty excited to get this speaker but that was very short lived after listening to the sound. It’s pretty much terrible. Very poor low frequency reproduction. The sound is not enjoyable but more frustrating. My B&O Beolit destroys this. Within the day it was already packed & ready to be returned to the shop. This product line of JBL speakers are a waste of time and money. If you don’t care about sound quality then buy it. The materials used, the design and their marketing is excellent. The sound isn’t. If you want to listen to a JBL Bluetooth speaker that’s not very travel friendly but more for home use, but will put a BIG smile on your face, then get their Partybox Stage 320. I have it and this speaker is Excellent. The partybox 120 is also good. The boombox 3 is borderline acceptable. Do not get anything lower than this otherwise just save your money and get something better from B&O…
