Try charging the headphones and the case fully. If only one headphone is offered, it looks like the headphones are unpaired. In this case, we recommend resetting the headphones:
1. On your phone, remove the Intezze Core headset from the list of paired Bluetooth devices and turn off Bluetooth.
2. Switch on both handsets and in pairing mode, press the button on the left or right handset 5 times quickly.
3. You can turn on the Bluetooth function and you can pair them with your phone again.

I wear headphones to work out. After replacing the earbuds with custom ones even smaller than the ones in the package, the headphones fit well in the ear even when jumping rope. The sound surprised me, it's decent for the money. The endurance is sufficient for my use. The box is unfortunately made of cheap and fragile plastic, it's good to put the box in a stocking or a bag so that it doesn't break so quickly when dropped.
