Hello, thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the headset, most customers are happy with the durability and the microphones on calls. Try charging the headphones and the case fully. If only one headphone is offered, it looks like the headphones are unpaired. In this case, we recommend resetting the headphones:
1. On your phone, remove the Intezze Core headset from the list of paired Bluetooth devices and turn off Bluetooth.
2. Switch on both handsets and in pairing mode, press the button on the left or right handset 5 times quickly.
3. You can turn on the Bluetooth function and you can pair them with your phone again.
