Now a little bit on the performance of this Intel - I'll only take Gaming, FPS against 9800X3D a little bit worse 10-20FPS down, which is negligible, this CPU has far better power consumption and temperatures (even under load) than 9800X3D and I'm evaluating temperatures on ''miserable'' AIO against custom loop (I'm waiting for a block for LGA1851). Who is deciding between AMD R7 9800X3D and this CPU - do not hesitate at all and take Intel if it will be at a good price, you assemble the PC, turn it on and it runs at first good there is absolutely no need to set anything in the BIOS compared to AMD, you set only the little things - XMP, OC and it is enough in real life.
Temperatures - now only 360 AIO cooled and even then they are lower against 9800X3D where there was a water block and complete water cooling (blocks, pump, 3 radiators)
Consumption - 8-19w in idle (when browsing bookmarked sites) AMD does not catch at all, and under load they are similar
Price - at the time of purchase with the Asus Rog Maximus Z890 Apex board cheaper by 3000, - against 9800X3D Crosshair X870E Hero (I have tried a lot of AMD boards in 2 years and it is a poor relation to Intel boards in terms of features)
