It's an expensive watch, but you get a lot of data and apps for the money. Blood pressure vs. normal blood pressure monitor showed values with a difference of no more than 5 units, which is sufficient for indicative measurement of pressure during the day or night. The other heart and circulatory apps are also great. People often criticize that, for example, an ECG on a watch cannot measure as well as an ECG at the doctor's office. As far as I know, Huawei has all health measurements backed up by at least one study, making them at least landmark features. The design of the watch, supposedly stolen from Apple, is definitely a positive factor in choosing a watch. The integrated GPS is really accurate. So accurate that it correctly measures whether you're in the left or right lane of the road. It definitely crushes most of the competition. What I don't like is the sleep algorithm. For comparison, I have the Oura Ring, which is considered quality in measuring sleep phases. Huawei measures more deep sleep than you actually have and REM sleep (dreams) is also not the definition of accuracy. Since Huawei isn't on the Google Play Store, you have to download apps through their Huawei AppGallery app, which also fits in with updating your other apps. It's not on Google play supposedly because it supposedly sends data to China. But it does have an advantage: Google play sends your data to America and the Chinese, Huawei only sends data to the Chinese, not America, so I wouldn't be sad about it. The Huawei app then requests access to a deeper part of the operating system, but you can't use the app without permission, so you have to accept. If the watch had a better sleep algorithm, it would get a 5/5 Tracking your health with poor quality sleep tracking is a half-hearted health measurement for me.
