The old epson printer SX, which did not even have wifi and was connected via cable, lasted us about 10 years, then we had XP, quite satisfied, but it left us and we decided on Ecotank, the first we had the model L3156, when printing more how one page kept getting stuck - communication error. We solved with technical support, uninstalled a million times via various links they sent us, in the end we bought a new macbook, still the same problem, technical support ended it with the fact that there is probably a problem on our side. So we bought a newer model L3256, and the situation repeats itself. When printing multiple pages, a communication error often occurs - it spits out a half-printed page. Technical support wrote us that it is probably a complaint. The print queue still jams, you print the page, and it remains displayed as Printing. So if you close the computer and open it again, the printer will try printing again. We tried to take the printer to work and connect to a new wifi - I spent 3 hours doing it, reset everything, and it reports a connection error. Then the great Espn Smart Panel application - when you receive a PDF by e-mail that you open and want to print, the app tells you that this type of format cannot be printed. You must first save the PDF and then open it via the Epson SMart panel and you can print. Well, I really haven' t experienced anything worse. So I' m saying goodbye to EPSON, it' s a terrible pity, because the tank ink lasts a really long time and prints nicely, but I' m not nervous about it anymore.
