I was transitioning from my Series 8 and had high expectations. The reason for the switch was the battery in the S8, which no longer gave a full day of operation. The first feeling was disappointment for the processing - the crown puts only a miniature resistance, so it is not as precise to handle, moreover - just an impression - as if the haptic response is not as well coordinated with the physical movement of the wheel as in the S8. The result is a feeling of cheapness and fiddliness - the same when you press the button, which makes a sound that evokes Vietnamese radio to me. Again - the impression of cheapness, the feeling that it was not worth the money. The S8 was - in this sense - much more precise. I was expecting the system to speed up a bit - in the sense of "redrawing" the screen (I don't know how to describe it properly), but sometimes it has a certain lag that evokes the days of computers. The S8 had this same thing, but I was expecting progress. As for functional shifts, I don't notice basically any, the battery has MAYBE slightly higher battery life than the new S8, but I don't remember much honestly. Summary: I'd rather stay with the S8 if the battery had relevant battery life, if it wasn't for the battery, buying the S11 seems completely unnecessary to me - on the contrary: you become more critical of the entire Apple brand.
