It should be noted that the figure 200ml means the volume of the entire teapot up to the rim, so it is not a usable volume. Always calculate that to froth the milk, the maximum amount is below the edge of the beak, which means a maximum of half the jug. So choose jugs if you want to froth milk on them. When I make an Americano, I add 60ml of milk and heat it on the nozzle, that' s absolutely enough. I estimate that there is still 90ml of milk usable on the nozzle without any problems. For a larger nozzle volume, choose larger jugs.
It is also very suitable when I make, for example, a latte macchiato, a large glass does not fit under the outlet, so I use a teapot to pour over the espresso.
