When the tablet starts charging and I play the video, the video playback discharges it much faster than the ability of this wire to charge the whole tablet. However, no modern charging protocols are running at all.
Powering up the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 + is completely futile. tablet shows charging time in many hours.

I find that compared to other cables this one has much better signal transmission, I tried a more expensive cable from hama and the picture quality was worse than from this manufacturer. As far as charging is concerned, the end cap gets a bit hotter but nothing terrible. I am satisfied at this price: )
