It's working as it should.
It' s nice to watch old movies/anime.
Playing PS1/N64 and older games on the emulator also looks practically as it should, but compared to playing on a console, this adds input lag.
However, it is connected to the CRT using a composite cable, which is the worst possible connection, so the picture is so bad. But it would be even cuter if you connected this composite (cinch) cable to the TV or PS2.
The best connection for our CRTs is RGB, but unfortunately it is not as easy and cheap as this.
