Purchased on April 27, 2020. The first complaint on July 2, 2020, because the kettle stopped responding completely to the control panel and did not switch off. Resolved by exchange.
Second complaint June 23, 2021, the kettle suddenly does not turn on. Complaint rejected because the kettle was said to be dusty. I wiped the dust, immediately complained about again, because the reason persisted. This time resolved by an exchange exactly 30 days.
We have May 18, 2022 and the kettle can' t be turned on again, sudden death again. Already after the warranty (not even a month after it expires), so this time my bad luck.
The product is of poor quality, I do not recommend.
If it works, it heats the water as it should.
Wide range of target temperatures.
Poor quality product. Welds on the stainless steel body cut. The plastic edges of the backlight crack and peel.
With normal use (coffee / tea in the morning, same in the afternoon) the service life is shorter than the warranty period.
