I was absolutely thrilled with these headphones! The workmanship is awesome, I definitely had a good feeling about them. The headphones fit very well in my ears. The mobile app is by far the most sophisticated of all - it allows you to set up almost everything I could imagine. ANC was very decent, almost the best I have tried so far with TWS headphones in this price range. Before using it, I was amused by a sentence from the enclosed "manual" (which, by the way, is absolutely useless; can only amuse, see below): "Do not install the product in confined spaces such as library or built-in closet. “. After a long-lasting fit of laughter, I tried to check the English version. Well, given that in English this sentence had the same meaning, there was probably either a misunderstanding on my part (why the hell should I. no nothing), or a translation error from a language other than AJ, or Sony is really dead serious. That it also states "Do not use the unit while walking, driving or cycling. " is even more strange. Especially given the marketing presentation of the headphones (e.g. in the official video on their product page on sony.com), where users are captured doing just these activities: -) But I gave little importance to that. It was the product itself that was important, not the piece of paper attached to the headphones. But the initial enthusiasm was replaced by dismay, which turned into despair and finally into disgust. Unfortunately, on the same day I unboxed the headphones, I experienced a headphone bug, where when I turned on ANC or "Hear Through"(? ) mode quite loudly, even very annoyingly, the right earpiece made a noise. I called Sony support, who confirmed that unfortunately this is a known bug, which they say they are working on. I was told that this bug will hopefully be fixed with the next firmware update of the headphones. Unfortunately, the support team didn't know when that might be (next week? a month? year? ). From the information available, I'm really not the only one who has encountered this - and Sony should have known this for a few months. I thought I would simply overcome this for now by not using ANC and wait for the update. Unfortunately, however, I later discovered that the headphones made a very noticeable noise when used for calls. And this time both of them, regardless of the mode that was currently active. The other side was hardly heard at all. Most importantly, after a while, I'd rather pierce both ears from the noise. respectively. I'd probably throw the headphones away. When I added to this the fact that, again like other headphones with touch (buttonless) control, the buttons work even after they are removed from the ears (i.e., that when they are removed and then held in the hand, they randomly switch modes, trigger music, etc. ), so unfortunately I had no choice but to return them. (Why don't the manufacturers disable the @#$%&$ buttons when they are removed from the ears?! From a SW point of view, it's a triviality, isn't it? ) Too bad. I hope that Sony will overcome these mistakes soon, and I will have the opportunity to try the headphones again, so that I can rewrite my review. At this point, however, I have to rate the headphones as unusable.

At the time of my test, a known headphone fault when ANC/HT mode is enabled - the right earpiece noises
When I made a call, both headphones were buzzing (I haven't addressed this with support, so I don't know if this is a known bug or not)
Touch buttons work even when the headphones are removed from the ears

Theoretically amazing headphones. Small, light, comfortable, holds well in the ear, given the size and weight, the durability is very good, comparable to a number of larger and heavier headphones. The sound is solid, the ANC is among the best and without active modes the headphones should last a respectable 9-10 hours. That's where the praise ends. The left handset often drops the signal for a few seconds, even when I have the phone in my pocket. This occurs even when LDAC is not enabled. I don't have to move far from the phone for the signal to start dropping out completely. The right handset tends to discharge faster than the left, sometimes discharging even when the left still has 20% battery. I listen for more than 5 hours straight at work, so this bothers me a lot. I've owned them for two months now and they've been on claims for over a month of that.  After 1-2 weeks of use, the right earpiece started to hum as if you were on the phone and the other side was blowing into the microphone. The problem occurred when any active mode (ANC or Ambient) was switched on. Complaints, replacement. The new piece after about two weeks of use started doing the same thing, only in the left earpiece and always after about 3 hours of use. In addition, occasionally one of the headphones would somehow turn up the bass and needed to be put in the box and taken out again. Complaints, replacement. Now my third piece is coming from the complaint and I expect exactly the same scenario. I've heard from several users on Reddit who started doing the same thing after a while, so this is not an isolated case.

After claiming previous Samsung Galaxy Buds+, the sound was dropping out (mobile in pocket, headphones in ears), almost 2 years old. I bought WF-1000XM4 first, great sound and ANC unfortunately totally uncomfortable, after a couple of hours they hurt my ears. So I returned them. I bought Airpods Pro 2021 (1gen with Magsafe) because I use iOS. The sound and control were great, but unfortunately the ANC was totally unpleasant - a feeling of pressure in the ears, like in an airplane. I sold and bought these. Great sound, the app works and is updated (not like the Samsung iOS app). ANC works better than Airpods Pro. Comfortable and they don't hurt your ears after long use. RECOMMENDED!

I have experience with JBL headphones, but these headphones are a huge surprise for me, because they not only play great, but also fit perfectly 👍 So for me, TOP headphones.
They sit perfectly in the ears and hold as they should when running
3 months before the end of the warranty, the left handset went out and was replaced, a month after the end of the warranty the right one went out: (

For me, complete satisfaction. I don' t know about them, they don' t fall out of the ears, they are light, the surface is practically roughened, the sound is great, noise cancellation is absolutely fine. After the pedestrian Huawei bud 4i, which kept falling out of my ears, I am completely satisfied with these and they are better in every way, but also more expensive of course. However, since I use them daily to travel to work in Prague, it is an investment paid for in the form of comfortable travel in just one month. Noise cancellation does exactly what it' s supposed to do here. It perfectly isolates noise and gently passes transients. Great!
holds well in the ears
I will complain, after a year and a half unusable due to the battery, which does not work for more than 15 minutes on the right earpiece, which is unacceptable for such expensive headphones
