Already Sonos arc ultra + 2x era 300 sound absolutely perfect, so Sonos sub 4 didn't really take my breath away. But since I'm a freak and wanted the whole set, I got it. I played a couple of sample movies, including playing Dead space on PS5, and the deep bass was really deeper and the overall impression improved. F1 the movie was a real blast, the formulae were whizzing around our living room and the experience was maximum. So super no regrets, but who goes without and doesn't have enough resources, be at ease even without a sub it's enough. Sub 4 is just the icing on the cake to make the set complete. Those who are thinking of buying a Sonos home cinema should prefer the Arc ultra, 2x era 300 to the Sonos sub 4. That surround sound is more than a little extra bass.

I have a Sonos Arc ultra, 2x Era 300 and a Sub mini at home. I was expecting a bass boost from getting this Subwoofer, but it didn't happen in my 20m2 room. What surprised me though, and I hadn't read this anywhere, was that the arc i Ery 300 when this sub was plugged in played much better as a whole spoken word, you could hear more detail in the film. So anyone looking for more bass than the Sonos mini gives them is a wasted purchase. But if you want more sound quality, it's really worth buying. But when I played a Hans Zimmer concert in Dolby Atmos, the Sub mini is 10x better at this and has better bass than this Sub. I will be returning the Sub and staying with the Sub Mini.
