This phone is really excellent. Performance, processing quality, design, photo quality, zoom, fingerprint reader, just kind of comprehensively it's a great phone. Unlike some reviewers, I have read the specification, so I will not write in the minuses that it does not have a charger, that it does not have an SD card slot or that it does not have a 3.5 mm headphone output. It's just stuff the phone doesn't have, but I still bought it and have no regrets. I have a 45W Samsung charger, which currently powers a wireless charger at home by the bed, then I have a Brodit wireless holder in my car. All of this I have already acquired for the S21FE, which I returned to Samsung as part of the scrapping. I don't need another charger. The Ultra has 256GB of storage, and because I send everything online to the cloud right away, I actually only have offline maps and a few documents physically stored on the phone - the lack of an SD card hasn't bothered me for about 5 years - it's my fifth phone without an SD card. Oh, and the headphones chapter: I bought a Samsung USB-C to 3.5mm converter and used it about once because I have the Galaxy Buds wireless headphones, which are fine for me because they sound decent and were a dime a dozen. When I want better, they'll be wireless again. So the only thing that really bothers me about this phone is the curved display and its supposed low scratch resistance. I can't judge the quality of the Victus glass on the Ultra, but I've read in a few reviews that some have already scratched it. I didn't have any film on my S21FE and after a quarter of a year, not a scratch on the display. Due to the price, I preferred to have a film glued on the Ultra in Datart (supposedly with a lifetime warranty), but it's not the same - it slides less and doesn't hold 100% on the curved edges. So I'll let her re-glue it a few times until it sticks properly. Personally, I think the glass will be fine without the film.

Battery life is decent. I didn't count on lasting longer than a day, so I'm satisfied. A SOT of 9.5 hours is a very decent result for such a large phone.
The cool thing is the completely square shape, no rounded corners
The fingerprint reader works perfectly on tap when the display is without film, with film so 97% - you need to hold your finger for a longer time.
Probably need to stick at least a foil on, although who knows if that's really necessary.
The display could be completely straight, the curved edges are useless.

Total disappointment. Unstable, dysfunctional, two things. If you don't want to use it as a phone (i.e. be online only wifi and call only via apps), so probably OK, but mobile calling and mobile internet KO. I like it, but it doesn't work. I thought exploding batteries on the Note were the exception, but this device just confirms Samsung's declining quality.
Stylus
Hell, at least in the T-Mobile network it is absolutely impossible to work with it and nobody knows what to do with it - the internet works sometimes, you can call it most of the time, 100% reliability is absolutely not there, which totally overshadows all the pros of the phone
No major upgrade from the S20 Ultra
Sometimes it gets stuck in the origo case and then it can't be unlocked right away (even after opening the case it pretends that it is still in the closed case)

The phone works fine so far, the battery life with occasional use is pretty good so far.
The original photo app is a horror. Photos look worse than with the old A7(2016)
The stylus is sensitive to magnetic fields. With a flip case that contains a magnet, this means that the stylus does not react in the vicinity of the magnet in the case.
