easy handling, lightweight (compared to the old Eta) and fits well in the hand
the mix key can be pressed lightly and gradually increased in speed (so finally nothing really splashes)
dishwasher safe
whipping whipping cream is slower than I was used to (old Eta), but it can be done
the whipping attachment doesn't seem to be holding up very well. (So far, however, everything without accidents: -)
