I wouldn't change it. It met my expectations
I'm comparing it to the Xiaomi redmi note 11 pro 5g, which wasn't bad HW-wise, but the SW was a disaster.

Lots of music for relatively little money. We have a good experience with the Edge series, those who are used to Motorolas will definitely be very satisfied with the Ultra. Despite the lukewarm reviews, the camera certainly did not disappoint.
After updating to A13, it was necessary (Vodafone) to manually reconfigure the access point name in the SIM settings to make the data work, as it had set itself to the wrong value by the update.

Really fast charging
After updating, Motorola changes the Vodafone APN setting incorrectly so the Mobile Data doesn't work. Just modify the APN to "internet" to work properly and you're good to go. I don't know if the issue applies to other carriers too.

Display fine, resolution, contrast, brightness, cool. I might forgive the curved edges for next time.
More than enough memory and performance for normal use.

Due to the strange shape of the sides, it feels strange to hold, slide and push. One-handed operation is only for Saxana.
Maybe an update will fix it, but the automatic brightness control is a mess.
The biggest minus is the camera. Compared to my old Huawei P30, it's a total flop. Those lots of pixels that Motora boasts so much about are totally buried by maybe unfinished software, or I don't know. Especially in low light, the results are tragic. Take a picture of the full moon? Forget it. With P30 lambada. Big shame, big minus, thumbs down.
