The Mac version of the mouse does not come with a USB dongle - it only works via BT. It can't even be connected to a dongle from a standard version of the same mouse (I have two, one regular, one MAC). But Bluetooth works independently of the device (I don't have a Mac).
Fits great in my hand, whether I control the mouse with my fingers or have it all in my palm (my hands are very large)
Very pleasant response of the buttons, which are also very quiet
The wheel is the best I've seen on a mouse so far (this is my severalth mouse in this top line). Magnetic stops and automatic transition to free scroll mode is priceless. I use it all the time.
Side roller for horizontal scrolling is indispensable in large excels
I don't have the thumb button for gestures under the knuckle of my finger, so I can't intuitively press it in the basic hand position. On the other hand, it doesn't bring me any major benefits.

I've seen some complaints in reviews here about compatibility with devices that have M-series processors (Apple Silicon). I didn't have any such problem myself, so I would assume that it was an initial software inconsistency that Logitech managed to fix with an update.
Convenient macOS control that other wireless mice don't offer (except perhaps Apple's Magic Mouse, but it's so ergonomically sleek it has no ergonomics left. )
Can connect to Mac/iPad, but also to Windows devices (although you won't find this in the product description)

Do not interrupt cursor stuttering. On macOS zero fluidity of movement, the cursor makes choppy movements.
After a complaint that lasted a month, they returned the mouse to me with the fact that it is without faults and works, which was not the case.
