lego itself had no problem this set I would say is one of the better ones the whole set of these 2025/2026 figures are very solid and nice designs with good playability and displayability on your shelf
at a discount for 623 very good value for the quantity of pieces, even though most of them are 1x1flat cubes that surround the creeper itself

well now the main problem lego on alza I have been ordering for relatively long time at least 4-5 years and I could never complain about a perfectly packed box in several layers of bubble wrap which is very important for lego as boxes are also collectibles and if the box set does not have a plan and all the pieces it is not considered complete and the price of the set can drop by more than half and this is also true if the box or the plan is damaged, not to mention that many people buy some sets just to keep the collection closed and undamaged sets on display next to the same sets but open and built but the last few boxes I ordered came just thrown into an Alza box, it seems quite extreme that a big company like Alza who pride themselves on improving their service would save money and go backwards like this.
tldr: they started to save mega on materials they stopped packing boxes in bubble wrap and it causes damage to the box which affects both the resale price even after opening and building the lego as well as the exhibition value of the unopened box itself and therefore its price in this condition most shops sell such damaged boxes as 2nd quality with a big discount and Alza will give you the standard sound and still want the full price
if they bring you the box when it rains, count on getting it wet
